If you are a believer in Jesus Christ you are in fact already part of the EVERY ETHNÊ team by virtue of His Commission (Mt. 28:18-20). To be on the Every ETHNÊ Core Team is to partake in an initiative to help every believer of Grace Community understand and take part in that divine call. “Because God’s heart is BIG,” our heart as a church needs to be enlarged also. His desire is that those from every nation (gk: ETHNÊ) would have the opportunity to experience new life found in Jesus Christ. It is to those ends that we band together.
To stay true to OUR calling we must maintain a three-tiered focus that is part of the church’s holistic effort in fulfilling the Great Commission.
- Our Outreach Team – This team serves as our primary vehicle to help our people take the knowledge that has been given them beyond the doors of the church, and ultimately bring them in to a vital relationship with Christ by means of short-term work or relationally based teams.
- Our Equipping Team – This team seeks to stir and fire up the imagination of Grace Community in how they may best serve out their mission by arranging conferences, seminars, and other building up opportunities.
- Our Sending Team – This team seeks to actively mobilize future Grace Community Field Staff, manage existing Field Staff, and develop synergistic ministry branching out opportunities with Field Staff, the Body of Grace Community, and the broader Church.
